Here We Go Again? Renew Your Mind Today

Let’s go back waaaaay back to 1992.

Do you remember that Portrait song, “Here We Go Again!”? That hook stayed in your head because it was the truth:

Here we go… going through the same thing.

And no—today I’m not talking about romantic relationships.

I’m talking about life.

Because if we’re honest, a lot of us are living the grown-woman version of that same hook:
Here we go again with the overthinking.
Here we go again with the procrastination.
Here we go again with the “yes” that we didn’t mean.
Here we go again exhausted, irritated, and wondering why we feel far from God—when we’ve been running on empty all week.

That’s the thing about cycles: they don’t announce themselves. They feel normal. Familiar. Almost… expected.

But God didn’t call you to keep repeating the same pattern and calling it a season.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” (Romans 12:2)

A pattern is a repeat.
And transformation starts when you interrupt it.
