Live Inside-Out & Leave It in God’s Hands
Faith Posture: Letting God Work in You First
Faith in Action: Releasing What You Can’t Control
As Black women, we’ve been taught to be strong.
Hold it down. Keep going. Smile through the pain. Handle it all.
But here's the truth no one says out loud enough:
Being strong doesn’t mean being okay.
It doesn’t mean God designed us to carry everything by ourselves.
Living inside-out means letting God deal with the inside stuff—the fear, the burnout, the self-doubt we’ve learned to dress up and cover with excellence.
We’re so used to pushing through that surrender feels like weakness.
But it’s actually where our true strength lives.
Bold faith starts with honesty. With release. With saying, “God, I’m tired of pretending I’ve got this.”
This Week’s Challenge: Let It Go—for Real
✅ Name one area where you’re performing strength but feeling stretched thin.
Your business, your motherhood, your mental health, your finances—be real.
✅ Ask God to shift your posture from control to trust.
Not just to fix it—but to change you.
✅ Physically surrender it.
Write it down, pray over it, and say aloud: “God, I trust You with this. I’m done carrying it alone.”
We stop managing it all and start living from the inside out.
Because boldness isn't doing more.
It’s trusting deeper.
If you're ready to live from a place of peace instead of pressure, drop “I’m letting go” in the comments.
